On February 24, 2009, the boards of directors of Ausam and Noram determined that a re-organization of the companies would not be possible. All employees were terminated, effective immediately, and Mr. Alastair Robertson and Mr. Robert Eriksson resigned from their positions as directors. On February 25, 2009, Ausam and Noram filed motions to convert the cases into Chapter 7 liquidations.
